Top 5 star hotel in Hertfordshire requires an experienced Assistant F&B Controller to assist the F&B Controller in ensuring that the daily food and beverage revenue is audited, and corrected where necessary; and accurate functions bills are issued promptly. You will also carry out GP analysis on all F&B products, analyse stock and produce reports. Must have previous hotel F&B Controller experience and very good Numerical Skills.
